The bodyweight workouts that we post 3 times a week are used by our seasoned clients to help further their functional fitness and to offer them a physical challenge when they are unable to train with us for any length of time. The workouts are scaled to a level that a person in reasonable, functional shape could complete them.
Feel free to perform the workouts if you have the conditioning and skill to complete them. Once completed, post your results to our forums and tell us about your experiences.
If you lack the ability to complete the workout, then you should contact us immediately and set an appointment to train with us, because its time to change you life.
Functional fitness is not optional. It is a requirement for healthy living.
