Getting Started with CrossFit

The easiest and most efficient way to get started with CrossFit is to visit and train with your local affiliate (Thats us!) We can and will provide you with the expert coaching that will help you to succeed at CrossFit and reach your fitness goals. For more information on our program, including how to start training with us, click the "About Us" tab at the top of the page.

But sometimes this is not an option due to financial or time obligations... or even plain old stubborness. We understand this, and we still want to offer resources to our fellow CrossFitters. If you do decide to venture into the CrossFit world on your own, be aware that it can be very difficult to learn and execute the concepts and movements on you own if you have not previously had formal fitness training. That being said, the CrossFit HQ page has a wealth of resources for you to use.
