CrossFit Alpha Personal Training Studio (Garage Gym in Lakeland)

The CrossFit Alpha HQ personal training studio is Located in Lakeland, TN. Just off of Highway 64, and a few miles from Wolfchase Mall.

Because it is a Garage Gym, and a residence. A google map is not posted. If you would like to train here please contact Chris.

Thats right! A fully functional CrossFit Affiliate personal training studio in a garage. There is no air, no heat, but lots of hard work and proven results.
