doesnt look hard on paper but def a good workout. the mountain climbers are killer.

Eric,

Your a very agile person, were the transitions easy for you throughout? Going from burpees to the next exercise and vice vera?

yeah the transitions were very fluid up until after the pushups which made the last five burpees almost undo-able (burpees with pushups that is). seems as though maybe 10 burpees instead of 5 might be better because just as i was starting to feel the effect of each burpee set, they were over, but they did keep my heart rate up.

Good,

I didnt want the burpees to be the fatiguing factor. They are meant to disorient and make transitions trickier. Forcing you to work agility and coordination.
