Bodyweight Workout 051608

One of my personal favorites today, and one of the most underrated workouts that I post. It is fundamental to the success of our gymnastics training.

Today's Workout

Spend a total of 5 minute inverted in a handstand. This can be broken up into as many smaller sets as needed.

You can use a wall to assist with balance.

If you cannot do a handstand, do a head stand.
