One is basically a modified FAQ (Start Here)
One goes into the various programs we offer (Personal Training and more)
And the third is a catch all for extra Non-essential nonsense(extra)
What do you think of this new structure?
Are there any other questions you think I should add to the Start Here section?
I know There isnt much information in these categories yet, but Im going to sleep.

sounds cool to me. maybe if one of those categories contained some way (like this posting) of us recording our times and whatnot for a given workout..thatd be great. that kind of thing keeps me going more than anything

One of the things I figured out about the main blog is that it was not very search friendly.
So I added another category called "whiteboard", and in all future posts will be breaking down all posts by category and making a different entry for each category.
So say for instance, you did Angie, I have a whiteboard posting for angie, you can do a search for the workout using the search function and you can post new times on the old whiteboard post, or next time that workout comes along, there will be a new whiteboard.
I have not figured out a good naming system for the bodyweight workouts yet though.
