New Website for CrossFit Alpha - Lakeland/Memphis, TN

. We have completely retooled the website and infused it heavily with dynamic content, putting it more in line with what we want it to accomplish. As we grow, so does the website and the content that we publish and produce.

Site construction,coding, and design was done by Otto from otto lejeune design consulting

Dude the new site is awesome. Very impressive and professional. I'll complete and post my Tabata Squats results today. Keep up the hard work and CF Alpha will be huge. I'll give you a call later today to set up a training session with you. Had a few setbacks this past week but will be back this week. Thanks for you help so far. I cant wait to see what the coming months bring for my fitness levels.
