You score is the lowest number of squats you did in any rounds.

This is not golf people, low score does NOT win.

Another Travel Friendly Workout From CrossFit Alpha - Memphis, TN

Workout: 5 push ups 5 squats 5 sit ups, 20 rounds.

20 Rounds for time:


  • 5 pushups

  • 5 squats

  • 5 situps



Complete as quickly as possible.
