We do not obsess over bodyweight or measurements. These factors take second chair to performance and skill. Chasing performance has a unique ability to increase enjoyment in the workouts, and provide you with a wonderful sense of accomplishment. There is no feeling greater than shattering your own personal best in any number of fitness challenges, and watching your progression numbers grow.
