Truly Progressive Personal Training

We offer 2 different personal training programs. Both are performance and skill based, as opposed to traditional personal training programs that are weight or size based. Chasing performance has the beneficial benefits of producing amazing results and establishing a strong sense of accomplishment. Nutritional suggestions are standard with both programs.

General Physical Preparedness - This program is based heavily on the CrossFit training protocol and scalable to any fitness level; from the out-of-shape couch potato, to the Olympic level athlete. The program's purpose is to develop a person's physical fitness across 10 identifiable domains to prepare them for any and all physical challenges they may encounter on a daily basis. Expect to be coached on aspects of Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, traditional weightlifting(not bodybuilding), running, and whatever else our coaches dream up to get you in the best possible shape.
