1.a) Who can do CrossFit?
CrossFit it appropriate for anyone wishing to maximize their fitness potential. From experienced athletes to the everyday Joe, we have personalized programs that will work for you.
1.b) Where are you located
We are located in Memphis TN. Please click the Memphis CrossFit Locations tab for more info. Only personal training is offered at our Lakeland location.
1.c) Can I come in and workout on my own?
Currently an "open gym" format is not supported.
1.d) What services do you offer?
We offer Personal Training in a variety of different fitness disciplines, to include standard fitness protocols and unorthodox styles. We also offer personalized training to groups based on your needs.
- 2) Posted CrossFit Bodyweight Workouts
2.a) What are your CrossFit bodyweight workouts
Our bodyweight workouts are used as both an introduction into functional fitness, and as a training tool for our current members to train on their own. The workouts are designed with CrossFit protocol in mind and require no equipment outside of the human body and a stop watch. 2.b) What if I cannot do the bodyweight workouts (too easy or too hard)
The bodyweight workouts are designed with the intermediate athelete in mind. If you find that the workouts are too difficult, cut the work load in half... if you find them too easy, double the workload.
2.c) Do you have demonstrations of the exercises that you use with the workouts?
We are producing demonstration videos and hope to have them live on the site soon.

3.a) How do I use the search function to find my previous times, WOD score
3.b) I am having problems navigating the site
The CrossFit Alpha website has been optimized for use with the Mozilla Firefox web browser. There are known issues with Internet Explorer v6.xx and we reccomend trying a different browser if you are having problems navigation the site.
